What is your return policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns/exchanges.

When do you do refunds?

We only do refunds if your package has been sent back to us due to your address not being correct and will refund you the total of the items that you purchased before shipping was added. We do not refund your shipping cost in a situation like that.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as we've already started processing your order.

I own a business. Can I place a wholesale order?

Sorry, as of right now we're currently not offering any wholesale on our products. Shortly, we are hoping to do wholesale.

We HIGHLY recommend doing a small patch test for any allergic reactions as we are not responsible for any reactions to our products. 

While the products don't have a formal expiration date, we suggest they be used within 7-12 months after opening for the best product quality.
